This Volunteer of the Year Award is in memory of Bob Kowalsky, a dedicated volunteer within the InterTown hockey community for decades, who sadly passed away in October 2024. This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, commitment, and impact in their volunteer role. Below are the guidelines for submitting a nomination: Eligibility Criteria 1. Volunteer status: the nominee must have served in a volunteer capacity, which is unpaid, within the hockey association during the current season 2. Contribution Scope: the nominee’s contributions must have had a meaningful and measurable impact on the community, organization, or individuals they served. Nomination Process 1. Only one nomination can be submitted by each InterTown association 2. No self nominations 3. Nominations must be submitted by 5:00pm on Saturday, February 28, 2026
