InterTown U11C Division Champs
Congratulations to the Langton Leafs - U11 Team!!
The Langton Leafs and Port Dover Pirates faced each other for InterTown's U11C Division this week.
Game 1 was played March 18th in Port Dover, where the teams battled back and forth, resulting in regulation time ending in a 3-3 tie. Both teams fought hard through 2 exhausting overtimes, until Langton finally scored in the 3rd OT to take Game 1.
The Leafs hosted the Pirates for game 2 on March 19th. Langton was down 2-0 at the end of the 2nd period and battled back in the 3rd. They finally scored the game winning goal with just 10 seconds left in the game.
Both teams played amazing, and we can't wait to see them back next season!
